后单位制时代社会支持的断裂与再造——以近期社会极端事件为例

The Fracture and Reconstruction of Social Support System in the Post-unit Period: Exampled by the latest social extreme events

随着单位制的解体,在传统体制下形成的社会支持体系被打破,而新的社会支持体系尚未建立,社会支持出现断裂。本文在对社会支持与后单位制加以诠释的基础上,指出后单位制时代社会支持的断裂表现在四个方面:住房、教育、医疗、养老等方面的福利被剥离;个体难以通过单位组织的力量表达、捍卫自己的利益诉求;冷冰冰的劳资关系取代了单位制下的关怀与脉脉人情;社会成员之间亲密关系的断裂,并以近期社会极端事件为例加以说明,据此提出实现社会支持再造的重要途径与手段。

Accompanied with the eclipse of unit system,the social support system under the traditional context has been cracked,while the new-born social support system is still in a bush land which causes the fracture of social system.By defining the concepts of social support and post-unit system,the thesis tends to point out the fracture of social support of post-unit system era in four aspects： first,the absence of the welfare of house,education,medical and endowment social insurance;second,the individual＇s failure in giving voice and guarding to self interest appeal;third,the solitude and affective affiliation in unit era is substituted by a cold and cruel relation coming together with an employment era;fourth,the break of the intimateness between social members.This thesis will be exampled by the latest social extreme events,hereby to provide the ways and measures to realize the social support system＇s reconstruction.
