摘要
主体性德育主张建立师生互动的双主体关系,调动和发挥师生双方的主体性作用,是高等教育大众化形势下高校德育改革方向。本文提出了以主体性德育思想和双主体理论为指导构建新的德育模式,明确分层递进的德育目标,制定科学合理的主体性德育内容,实施以自我教育和注重道德实践的教育方式方法等几项措施,力求提高大众化形势下高校德育工作的针对性、实效性、科学性,促进高校人才培养质量提升。
The subjective moral education advocates the establishment of interactive double-subject relationship between teachers and students,mobilizing and exerting their subjectivity.It is the reform direction of college moral education under the popularization of higher education.This paper proposes to construct new moral education modes guided by subjective moral education and double-subject theory,specifying such measures as hierarchical progressive moral goals,developing scientific and rational subjective moral education,implementation of self-education and focusing on moral education in practice.It strives to improve the relevance,effectiveness and scientificity of college moral education,promoting the improvement of talents education in colleges and universities.
