如何利用、保护语言资源,并在最大程度上实现语言资源的合理分配关系到能否构建和谐的语言生活,体现社会公平等诸多重大问题。当今社会,语言资源作为一种特殊形态的资源,其分配不均主要体现在代表社会主流阶层的青壮年用语在各种传媒中占有绝对优势。与此相对应,不擅于运用现代传媒手段,如网络、手机短信、电子书刊,并且接受新生事物较慢的老龄群体处于弱势状态。随着社会老龄化程度的加剧,这种语言分配不均衡现象日趋明显。相关语言决策部门应该审时度势,从语言政策的制定、实施等方面对老年人给予充分的伦理关怀,进而促进和谐语言生活的建构。

How to utilize,protect and allocate language resource is of great importance to the construction of the harmonious language life and the representation of the social justice.Nowadays,it has been noted that young adults＇ language dominates the mass media resulting in a rapid shrinkage of language used by the elderly.Correspondingly,the elderly are marginalized in the daily social language life due to their limited access to the modern mass media such as net surfing.As the whole society is intensifying by aging,such imbalance of linguistic allocation has become an issue urging authorities concerned to size up the situation while formulating and implementing language policies.Only in this way can they show ethical concern to various language users so as to promote the effective allocation of language resources.
