This paper is about a design for a system of the combination with vehicle monitoring,remote diagnosis and managing the mortgage.This system has some advantages for the restriction of the client＇s debt and the supply of service information.The montoring system consists of vehicle terminal,communication servers and monitoring certer.For achieving the monitoring and managing of the vehicles,the vehicle-bone terminal sends the information collected to the surveillance and control centre through GPRS,as been analyzed by the centre,it will be presented in the form of web page.The system enables construction machinery products to information and intelligence,so it has broad prospects and applications.
