6×5MW燃重油电厂控制系统设计与开发

摘要 随着国内外用电需求的不断快速增长,柴油发电机组作为电网供电、应急供电和补充供电正得到广泛的使用。介绍了国外某6×5MW燃重油电厂控制系统的设计,由于重油发电机组具有特殊的工艺特点,在认真分析其对控制系统的要求的基础上,利用PLC的可靠、稳定,充分发挥了现场总线技术及DCS技术两者优势,以系统集成为手段,给出一套基于Profibus现场总线、Modbus总线和工业以太网相结合的集散控制系统(DCS),实现了对电厂生产的集中管理和分散控制。 With the fast increasing demands for power in recent years at home and abroad,diesel engine/generator set is more and more widely used as power supply for the grid,or as emergency power supply or complementary power supply.In the context,a design of the control system for a foreign 6×5MW HFO power plant is introduced.HFO engine/generator sets have very special process characteristics,thus based on detailed analysis of the requirements on control system and with the liable and steady PLC,the advantages of fieldbus technology and DCS technology can be given full play.By means of system integration,a distributed control system combining Profibus fieldbus,Modbus and industrial E-thernet is formed to realize a collective management and distributive control of the operation of the power plant.
