商洛市马铃薯产业发展现状及对策

Development Situation and Strategy of Shangluo Potato Industry

通过对商洛市马铃薯产业发展现状进行调查,针对存在的产业发展水平低、种薯繁供体系不健全、栽培技术不规范、产业化程度低、资金投入不足等诸多问题进行分析探讨,提出了进一步发展的7条建议:重新定位,确立马铃薯主导产业地位;突出特色,建立马铃薯优势生产基地;培育龙头企业,提高加工能力;建市场,提高商品转化率;加强农业推广体系,提高服务水平;加强领导,形成产业发展氛围;增加投入,实施重大技术补贴制度。

A full investigation for current potato industry situation in Shangluo showed that there were some problems.Among them were low level of industrial development,poor traditional seed supply system,no standardized cultivation techniques,low level of industrialization,and lack of capital investment.These problems were analyzed and discussed,and seven recommendations for the further development were proposed,i.e.re-positioning to establish the status of the leading industries of potato;standing out prominent features to establish the dominant potato production base;developing the leading enterprises and improving the processing capacity;constructing the market to increase the product conversion rate;strengthening the agricultural extension system to improve service levels;strengthening the leadership to lead the formation of industry development environment;and increasing the investment such as implementation ofmajor technology subsidy system.
