摘要
针对农业科研单位自身用工的特点,对农业科研单位编外用工做了分类,从编外人员自身和单位对编外人员的管理两个层面存在的问题进行了分析,认为管理上存在的问题是主要问题,并提出了防范问题的建议和对策。
According to the employment characteristics, the author classified the supernumerary employment of agricultural research institutions, and studied the problems on employee and on management. Then concluded that the management problems are the main issues and put forward the suggestions to resolve the problems.
