摘要
针对高炉炼铁生产现场所面临的问题,利用三维可视化技术,建立了一个基于OpenGL的雷达虚拟安装及成像系统。系统依据数据采集卡采集的现场数据,在虚拟系统中直观地显示雷达波束在高炉内部传播的途径,可以模拟调整多个雷达在高炉炉顶的安装位置和角度,并显示出料面高程,生成料面形状趋势图。该虚拟安装系统可以真实地再现工业现场的场景,为使用雷达技术进行高炉料位、液位测量提供了很好的参考手段。
To address the problems the blast furnace ironmaking production worksite faced,a radar virtual installation and imaging system based on OpenGL was established using three-dimensional visualization technology.According to the spot data collected by data acquisition card,it can show the transmission route of the radar beam inside the blast furnace intuitively in virtual system,and simulate and adjust the positions and the angles of multiple radars installed on blast furnace top.In addition,it can also display the burden elevation and generate the trend graph of burden surface profile.The virtual installation system can have the scene of industrial site factually reappeared,which provides a good reference means for radar technology to be used in measuring the burden and liquid levels of the blast furnace.
