摘要
文章对燃料电池汽车机电制动分配控制方法进行研究,以ECE法规和理想制动力分配曲线为依据,提出常规气压制动与电机制动协调控制的方法,建立相应的机电制动力分配模型,并采用MATLAB/Simulink软件进行仿真分析。结果表明,该控制策略与理想制动力分配策略和最大化能量回收策略相比,既能充分利用电机制动力,提高制动能量回收效率,又能保证整车制动的安全性和舒适性。
The distribution of fuel cell vehicle electrical and mechanical brake control is studied in this paper,based on ECE regulations and the ideal braking force distribution curve.A method which makes conventional air brake and motor brake control coordinate is presented.The corresponding electrical and mechanical braking force distribution model is established and analysed by using MATLAB/Simulink simulation software.The results show that the control strategy not only can make full use of both electric power to improve the efficiency of braking energy recovery,but also can ensure the safety of vehicle braking and comfort,compared with the ideal braking force distribution strategy and the strategy to maximize energy recovery.
