The local university library’s service developing power,limited to the high-end,compound,the useful personnel is deficient as well as the personnel age and the knowledge structure get older.After the practical examination of ＂the special content drilling＂,the effective method,it has raised the library personnel numerical information application consciousness,taught the related skill,and made the beneficial exploration in the serviceability sustained development aspect.This article has demonstrated the partial cases,and elaborated the organization participation significance.
