浅谈标准化管理应用于城区110千伏输变电项目

标准化管理与建设作为提高管理效率和控制力的重要途径,在城区110千伏建设中主要指管理体系、安全管理体系、质量管理体系、造价管理体系、技术管理体系等五个专业子体系。完善和落实标准化制度建设,规范工作流程,完善标准体系,是标准化管理的基础。电力基本建设标准化建设工作是在电网全寿命周期内,对有关技术标准、管理标准和工作标准进行简化、统一、协调和优化,文章针对标准化建设的意义、内容、工作成效以及后续重点工作进行了简要阐述。

Standardization is the important method of improving the management efficiency and control intensity.It runs through the aspects of the enterprise＇s decision-making, operation and management, procession construction and so on.The foundation of standardization management are consummating and fulfilling the construction of the standardization system, standardizing task flow and consummating criterion system.The task of the Standardization construction of the power construction are the Simplififing, unifying, harmonizing and Optimizing the technique, management and task criterion in the period of power grid＇s total life cycle management.The keystones are simplying the designing procedure and the equipment type ,unifying technical and testing criterion ,harmonizing interior relationship and exterior environment,optimizing management flow and construction arts and crafts.
