摘要
通过对上海市151名高技术企业海归知识员工的问卷调查,分析社会关系对海归知识员工工作压力的影响.研究表明:社会关系丰富组海归在工作压力多个层面的感知均低于社会关系欠丰富组;两组海归在"角色定位"层面的工作压力感知差距最大;企业对社会关系的重视程度影响海归知识员工的工作压力感知.
Focusing on the influence of social relationship, the empirical research is conducted with investigation into two groups of returned knowledge workers ( Rich social relationship group and Poor social relationship group) in Shanghai high-tech enterprises. The result shows that : 1 ) About the perception of work stress, the Rich group is lower than the Poor group in various levels ; 2) The most significant differences in perceptions of work stress between two groups is in the level of "role orientation"; 3 ) The difference of enterprises' emphasis on social relationship can lead to different work stress perceptions of returned knowledge workers.
