摘要
转子裂纹是旋转机械常见故障,目前对转子复合裂纹的研究尚不够深入。本文运用有限元方法对具有两条横向裂纹的转子系统动力学特性进行仿真分析,研究了不同裂纹夹角的转子动力学行为,得到转动过程中两条裂纹开闭的关系。与实验结果对比,验证了模拟的有效性。
Rotor crack is one of the frequently occurring faults in rotary machine.In this study,the FEA method is employed to analyze the dynamic characteristics of a rotor with two transverse cracks.The dynamical behaviors of the cracked rotor with different angles between the two cracks are investigated,and the relation of the breathe behavior of the two cracks is acquired.The proposed FEA modeling method is validated by a designed test.
