摘要
为了提高Y7125型机床的动态性能,通过调整隔振片的数量,分析了其对垂直(X方向)和平行(Y方向)于砂轮轴方向振动强度的影响。通过比较不同隔振片数量下磨齿机关键部位的振动的峰值位移,得出了隔振片数量对振动强度的影响规律,确定出了Y7125型机床的最佳工作状态。
In order to improve dynamic performance of Y7125 grinder,the influence of the number of the damping sheets on vibration intensity in the vertical and parallel direction of the grinding wheel spindle is analyzed experimentally.By comparing the vibration amplitudes of some key points of the Y7125 grinder for different numbers of damping sheets,the law of influence of the number of the damping sheets on the variation intensity of the grinder is obtained,and the optimal operating condition of the grinding wheel motor is acquired.
