蒸汽喷射器在降低蒸汽水下喷射噪声中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 超临界直流锅炉启动疏水进入除氧器时,由于压力的骤降,部分疏水会在除氧器内发生闪蒸变为饱和蒸汽,在除氧器水空间内形成近100 dB的蒸汽水下喷射噪声。针对这个问题,采用蒸汽喷射器和小孔喷注消声器作为降噪装置进行对比实验。结果表明,蒸汽与过冷水在蒸汽喷射器内进行接触式换热而被冷凝,使得蒸汽水下喷射噪声被降低至80 dB以下。小孔喷注消声器则不能使蒸汽在进入过冷水之前被冷凝,其蒸汽水下喷射噪声最低也在80 dB以上。由此可以得出蒸汽喷射器在降低蒸汽水下喷射噪声方面要优于小孔喷注消声器。 When a supercritical direct boiler starts up hydrophobic to jet into the deaerator,the hydrophobic will suddenly change to saturation steam due to the sudden drop of pressure.This procedure will generate nearly 100 dB(A) noise.To solve this problem,steam ejector and micro-pore muffler are used for noise reduction,and the comparative experiments were done and their data was analyzed.The results show that the noise caused by steam jetted into the water is reduced to lower than 80 dB(A),since the steam is condensed by heat transfer of contact type with overcooled water in the steam ejector.While the micro-pore muffler can not condense the steam before it is jetted into the deaerator,and the minimum noise caused by steam jetting is still higher than 80 dB(A).Thus,the noise reduction effect of the steam ejector is batter than that of the micro-pore muffler.
