摘要
本文阐明了基于和谐教育理念的学校文化建设的理路:精神引导是立品质教育之根;文化引领是孕品质教育之气;特色引路是扬品质教育之帆。并从和谐课堂、人本德育及校长培训等角度,具体阐述了"实施品质教育,推进和谐校园文化建设"的基本策略。
This essay expounds the approach to construction of school culture based on the idea of harmony: spiritual guidance as the root of quality education; cultural direction as the dynamism; uniqueness as the destination. The fundamental strategies for promoting harmonious school culture construction are also spelt out from the angle of harmonious classrooms, human-based education and headmaster training, etc.
