摘要
中小学特级教师的健康状况不仅关系到学生的健康成长和自身的工作效率,而且还对其他教师产生心理暗示作用。由于长期从事教学工作、有科研引领压力和肩负管理工作以及个人强烈的自尊心、进取心和成就欲的驱使,当前中小学特级教师已经成为教师职业病的高发人群,亟待加强教师职业保健、科学处理教学与科研的关系以及减轻特级教师行政管理工作的负担。
Teachers＇ health is concerned with students＇ growth and their own work efficiency as well as a bad effect on others. Various kinds of pressure from teaching, scientific research, administration, self-esteem, aggressive spirit and desire for achievement lead to frequent cases of vocational diseases for master teaehers in primary and secondary schools. To improve the current state, measures must be taken such as teacher vocational health protection, scientifically handling the relationship between teaching and study, and enhancing administration of such teachers.
