烟田杂草内生真菌的分离鉴定及生物学特性的初步研究

The Isolation and Characterization of Endophytic Fungi from Weeds in Tobacco Field

从烟田杂草中分离筛选出对烟草病原真菌具有拮抗作用的内生真菌,通过对峙试验,对筛选出的拮抗作用较强的4种内生真菌进行了鉴定和生物学特性研究,确定了不同内生真菌生长的最适培养基、碳源、温度和pH值,为更好地利用它们提供了最佳的培养条件。

Endophytic fungi,which demonstrated antagonism on tobacco pathogenic fungi,were separated from the weeds in tobacco fields.By confrontation tests,the screened four endophytic fungi,which showed strong antagonism,were identified and their biological characteristics were studied.The growth conditions of the endophytic fungi,including different medium,carbon source,temperature,and pH value etc.were further optimized.
