摘要
运用文献资料法、访谈法、观察法、问卷调查法等,对湖北省城区中学体育教学环境中人际关系的现状,从师生关系和生生关系两个方面进行了调查研究。结果表明:湖北省城区中学体育教学,在师生关系上,师生间相互能持尊重、理解、支持、热爱、公平的态度,但师生相互不喜欢交往;在体育教师的品质、专业工作能力状况方面,多数体育教师能以身作则,品质优良,但总体上专业工作能力一般。从生生关系上来看,多数同学之间能相互友好、合作、互助,能相互认可与赞扬,其相互竞争是良性的,多数中学生间小团体关系能促进学习。
With the methods of documentary review, interview, observation and questionnaire, the present situation of inter - personal relationship in Hubei middle school' PE teaching environment is researched from two aspects of the teachers - students and students - students relations' The results indicate that in the colleges and universities PE teaching, teachers and students mutually respect, understand, support, love, and keep the fairmanner, hut teachers and students do not like communicating with each other. As for PE teachers' quality and specialized working ability, most PE teachers can set a good example to students, but their overall specialized working ability is ordinary.
