摘要
简述了23 500 m3/h空分设备在提高液氩产量时制氩系统反复带氮的故障经过,并从工况改变前后精馏塔内的液气回流比、塔体抽口的位置设置等方面分析找出反复带氮的原因,从根本上解决了制氩系统反复带氮的故障。增加了氩产品产量,并据此提出自己的建议。
The fault process of repeatedly containing nitrogen when increasing liquid argon yield of a 23 500 m3/h air separation unit is briefly introduced,and through comparing the front of changed reflux ratio of distillation condition with the back,the design of upper column holes and etc,the cause of repeatedly containing nitrogen is found out,and the fault of repeatedly containing nitrogen is completely solved.Argon yield is increased,and my personal suggestion is proposed.
