This paper analyzes the changes in personnel structure and education experience structure of the experimental teaching team in colleges and universities,and the possibility of experimental curriculum reform and experimental teaching reform.This paper poins out that the difference between experimental teaching and theoretical teaching.As good experimental teachers,they should have a solid theoretical foundation and extensive experience in experimental techniques at the same time.Therefore,it is important to foster and promote young experimental teachers.
