摘要
长输油气腐蚀管道剩余强度与剩余寿命的精确评价,为的是减小运营成本和保证管道的安全运营。该文基于ANSYS有限元法中塑性失效准则,建立了腐蚀区体腐蚀损伤的有限元三维结构模型,提高了腐蚀剩余强度与剩余寿命的仿真精度;ANSYS有限元法的仿真可较精确地得到腐蚀管段在某工况下的临界失效剩余壁厚;在已知腐蚀速率情况下,可对腐蚀管线的剩余寿命进行评估。结合阿-赛输油管道腐蚀现状,得出了各种腐蚀状况下腐蚀剩余强度与剩余寿命。充分说明了该研究对实际工程应用具有重要的理论参考价值。
The residual strength and remaining life of the long-distance oil and gas pipeline corroded are evaluated accurately,in order to reduce operating costs and to ensure the safe operation of pipelines.The paper is based on the plastic failure criterion of the ANSYS finite element method.The corrosion zone finite element model of three-dimensional structure is established.The method improves the simulation accuracy of the residual strength and remaining life.The ANSYS FEM simulation can be more accurate access to the critical residual wall thickness of the corroded pipeline in the condition.If the corrosion rate is known,the remaining life of the corroded pipeline can be assessed.This method is applied to the Aershan-Saihantala oil transmission pipeline corroded,the residual strength and remaining life of the corroded pipeline are obtained in the variety of conditions.The study is verified to have a theoretical reference value in the project.
