用于高放废物处置缓冲材料导热性实验设备的设计

摘要 设计的膨润土压实块热传导设备是根据高水平放射性废物(简称高放废物)地质处置概念模型而设计的教学、科研实验设备。设备由供电系统、控温箱、热传导系统、信号转换模块、数据处理系统和环境传感器组成。该实验设备具有模拟性强、操作简单、稳定精确、应用范围广等特点;该设备为研究高放废物的缓冲材料——膨润土的导热特性提供了重要手段,用于实验教学促进学生对工程技术的感性认识,激发学生学习兴趣。 According to the conceptual model of high-level radioactive waste geological disposal repository,thermal conductivity equipment of compacted bentonite block is designed for teaching and research.The equipment is composed of power supply system,temperature control box,heat conduction system,signal conversion modules,data processing system and environmental sensor.It possesses features of better simulation,simple operation,stability and accuracy,wide application range and so on.The equipment provides important basis for studying the thermal conductivity of bentonite which could be used as the buffer material of high-level radioactive waste disposal repository,and used in teaching experiment.It can promote perceptual knowledge of engineering technology and stimulate learning interest.
