单点三脉冲推冲器感应点火机理研究

摘要 选用松装的火工药剂作为单点三脉冲推冲器的动力源;提出3种可能引起单点三脉冲推冲器的3个点火具之间发生感应点火原因的推理:冲击波点火、膜片熔化点火和膜片剪切点火;通过对单点三脉冲推冲器的推力、燃烧室压强和总冲的输出性能测试试验,证明发生感应点火的机理以膜片剪切点火为主,以冲击波点火和膜片熔化点火为辅;通过测量不同膜片厚度和膜片受力面直径条件下的输出性能,得到最佳膜片厚度为0.3 mm,最佳膜片受力面直径为3 mm。 Loosely charged initiating explosive materials was chosen in the actuated device of three-impulse-at-one-spot thruster.Three hypotheses were put forward for sympathetic ignition such as shock ignition,sealing film melting ignition and sealing film shearing ignition.The last hypothesis was proved to be the dominant one for sympathetic ignition through experiments,while the other two were assistant.Different output of thrusters at different sealing films' thickness and diameter were tested,and the thickness of 0.3 mm and the diameter of 3 mm were chosen to be the best.
