摘要
从城市规划和建筑创作的角度，认为天津租界建筑含有丰富的各个时期与流派的西洋建筑语汇，对其深入研究，创作既具天津传统风貌又具时代特征的新建筑，正是当代建筑师的职责。
In the light of urban planning and architectural creation,the thesis thinks that the concession architecture in Tianjin possesses abundant western architectural vocabulary of different periods and schools. It is contemporary architects' duty to make deeply researches to the vocabulary, and create the new architecture that has Tianjin traditional style as well as the features of the time.
