The paper reveals the property of architecture that differs greatly from other things. It is the reason that architecture can be cheaper but also most expensive in its technical aspect. Based on this, the paper dissects the malpractice caused by the reason, difficulty and opportunity in the future, the relationship of gains and losses between architectural industry at home and abroad and two different prospects.
