摘要
在使用电液伺服试验机对试样做拉压疲劳试验时,由于同轴度因素的存在,使得试样受到除拉压轴向应力外的其他应力的作用,从而使得试验达不到理想的效果。通过对同轴度概念和电液伺服试验机主机结构的介绍,找出上述两因素之间的关系,继而努力减少同轴度误差对电液伺服试验机的影响。
When using electro-hydraulic servo testing machine to do the tension-compression fatigue test,because of the coaxiality,the sample is given some stresses besides the axial stress,which makes the experimental results be unperfect.The conception of coaxiality and the host framework of electro-hydraulic servo testing machine are introduced in this article,and the relationship between these two factors is found out to reduce the impacts of coaxiality on the electro-hydraulic servo testing machines.
