摘要
在遥感技术的支撑下,构建了一套城市总体规划实施评估的数据获取、处理体系.通过利用遥感技术获取城市建设用地指标,建立了一套切实可行的城市总体规划实施定量评估体系,从建设用地使用情况评估、规划指标实施情况评估、重大项目实施评估、城市建设用地发展态势评估,新确定的重大项目对城市总体规划的影响与分析等五个方面对城市总体规划实施情况进行评估.并根据重庆市永川区的实践,证明该方法的科学有效性,对于城市规划实施评估具有借鉴意义.
In this study,under the support of remote sensing technology to construct a set of the data acquiring and processing system which assess overall urban planning implementation.The authors built a set of quantitative assessment system of overall planning implementation of city through using remote sensing technology to obtain indicators of urban construction land.The authors assess the implementation of the overall urban planning from the construction land use assessment,planning indicators implementation assessment,major project implementation evaluation,urban construction land development trend assessment and the new major projects impact on overall urban planning.This method is applied in Yongchuan district of Chongqing,that proves the scientific validity of the method and it has referential significance for medium and small cities.
