渗滤液的控制和处理是垃圾填埋场设计、管理的关键。结合工程设计，总结国内外填埋场的设计运行经验，讨论渗滤液的影响因素，提出控制和处理渗滤液的技术措施。

Abstract Leaching liquid (LL) treatment and control are key problems in design and management of urban refuse land filling yard. The main factors to influence the production of LL are discussed and the technical measures to treat and control it are proposed for the practical engineering design on the basis of empirical summary of refuse yards design and operation .
