Discussion on the Construction Scheme of Long-length Boring Piles and Double Layer Reinforcing Cages

结合某工程钻孔桩钢筋笼的结构特征,提出了两种工厂化生产钢筋笼节段的施工工艺——台车法和平焊卷制法,介绍了钢筋笼的吊装工具及上述工艺的施工特征。认为该工艺对质量施工进度、成本控制方面较为有利。

In combination with the structural features of boring piles with reinforcement cages applied in a project,two construction technologies for factory production of sectional reinforcement cages are proposed,one is trolley method and another is flat welding and rolled up method.The lifting facilities and features of the aforesaid construction method are introduced.It is consider that the technology has advantages in the quality,construction progress,and cost control.
