摘要
在EPC工程总承包中引入PMO(Project Management Overnight)模式,构建了EPC承包商PMO模块的MIS框架和信息流程,并以解决争议模块为例分析了其子功能系统构成,描绘了该模块Expert Witness子功能系统的业务流程图。以项目案例证实该业务流程图可切实增强EPC承包商远程项目部和总部资源之间的资源耦合,有效发挥强总部保障大项目资源需求模式的作用,从而提高EPC项目的整体绩效。
PMO is coupled into EPC project management for the main contractor,MIS Structure and information data of EPC-PMO Module are built,and the resolution module is took for the example to analysis the content of its sub-system function.At the same time,Expert Witness,as one the content of the sub-system function,flowchart of which is described.The case's empirical study coming from one project to confirm that Expert Witness flowchart of resolution module could strengthen the resource coupling between EPC main contractor's headquarter and its project,effectively perform the pattern that powerful headquarter guarants the resource requirement of major project,consequently improves the EPC stakeholder′ s performance.
