摘要
广州市花都区新体育馆比赛馆采用双向桁架球面网壳体系,由径向桁架、环向桁架和支撑组成空间球面网壳,且最外一环三角形环向桁架为预应力空间钢管桁架结构。通过采用管穿环向预应力索,分8个索段,并采用多次张拉,张拉时应对称同步进行。其关键技术是张拉前应对结构进行模拟分析,提出张拉方案,并做好施工监测工作。
Huadu New Gymnasium adopts bidirectional truss spherical latticed shell system. The spatial spherical latticed shell is composed of radial truss, annular truss and support, and the outermost triangular annular truss is of prestressed spatial steel tube structure. Tube-penetrating annular prestressed cords are adopted at eight corded segments and several tensioning operations are carried out symmetrically and simultaneously. The key technique is that simulative analysis shall be carried out on structure before tensioning to provide tensioning scheme and to favorably fulfill the monitoring work.
