摘要
雨水管道水力设计中,由于各水力因子的不确定性,管道的过水能力是一随机变量。文中分析了各水力因子的不确定性,并通过一次二阶矩法求过水能力的统计参数,给出了过水能力的均值、变差系数的计算式以及管道水力设计可靠度的计算式和计算方法。算例表明,现行的水力计算方法,水力设计的可靠度较低。
Abstract In The hydraulic design of storm sewer the flux of the pipeline will be random due to the inconstant of the hydraulic faciors. In this paper the inconstant of the hydraulic factors are discussed and the mean flux of the pipeline has been given by The statistical parameters of the flux solved from a second order matrix. Also the formulae to calculate the variation coefficient and the calculation method to determine the reliability of the hydraulic design of the pipeline are dedicated. The calculating results show that the reliability of the currently applied calculation is not high.
