采用A^2/O^2工艺改造传统生化工艺处理难降解丝绸印染废水实践 被引量:4

摘要 采用传统的生化工艺处理难降解的丝绸印染废水,COD和硫化物去除率分别只有50%和45%左右,出水远不能达标排放。采用缺氧、厌氧、二级好氧组合工艺(A2/O2)对原生化工艺进行改造后,COD、SS、色度、硫化物去除率分别达933%、825%、875%和925%,出水达标排放。该工艺具有运行费用低、处理效果稳定等特点,尤其适合中小型丝绸印染厂废水治理。 Abstract The conventional biological process is low effective to treat silk printing and dyeing wastewater which is considered as non-degradable with removals of 50% and 45% for COD and S 2- respectively. This is far to meet the requirement of discharge standard. For a modified A 2/O 2 Process the removal ratios increased to 93.3% , 82. 5% and 92.5% for COD, SS and S 2- respectively. This means that the effLuent could be fit the discharge standard fairly. This process has advanTages of low operation expenses and reliable performance, it will be helpful for the Silk Printing and Dyeing Wastewater treatment of small or medium capacities.
