简要介绍福州自来水公司ＳＣＡＤＡ系统的建立以及发展过程，在此基础上阐述了“三遥”系统和优化调度的关系，并总结了优化调度工作中的经验和体会。

Abstract The establishment and development of SCANA system in the Fuzhou Water Corporation in Fujian Province, East China is presented briefly in this paper. And furthermore the relationships of remote techniques including remote sensing, remote control and remote measurement to the optimal dispatching of waterworks are discussed. klso the experiences in optimal dispatching are summarized.
