教师在整个德育系统中占据着举足轻重的地位。在德育过程中,教师这一主体要为自己的角色定好位:课前应高屋建瓴,做一名优秀的"策划"者;课上应统筹兼顾,做一名出色的"导演";课后应虚怀若谷,做一名忠实的听众。只有扮演好了这三重角色,教师才能将德育工作不断推向前进。

Teachers play a pivotal role in the whole moral system.In the process of moral education,the teachers should set for a good role definition.They should be excellent planners who prepare for the lessons from a strategically advantageous position before class,be good directors who make the class overall consideration in teaching,and be loyal audiences who have modest and open-minded quality after class.Well,only play this triple role,the moral education teacher will constantly advance the moral education work.
