新升本科院校对图书馆员提出了新的要求。新升本科院校处于转型时期,其图书馆员的素质需要相应地提升。馆员素质的提升,既是新生本科院校图书馆转型之需,也是学校整体发展之需。

The transformation of the university sets the new requests for librarians.Newly undergraduate colleges are in the transition period,therefore,the quality of librarians needs to be promoted accordingly,in this way,it can adapt to the requests which the times sets for the library development of the new undergraduate colleges.It is essential to upgrade the quality of librarians for transition of the new undergraduate colleges’library,and it is an important part of the school development.
