基层检察委员会议事质量和效能的若干思考

目前,基层检察院检察委员会议事的质量及效率较低,主要表现在:检察委员会办事机构不健全,检察委员会委员的法律专业知识水平偏低,议事范围不尽明确,工作程序和制度缺乏规范以及检察委员会议事决策缺乏必要的考核监督机制等。因此,必须从上述几个方面加以规范,从而提高检察委员会议事决策的质量和效率,推动各项检察工作的开展与创新。

Nowadays,the decision-making quality and efficiency of procuratorate committee＇s is poor.The management organ is not well done,committeeman are with lower legal professional knowledge,the range of decisionmaking is not clear,work procedure and system are without regulation,and decision-making are without supervision system.So,the decision-making quality and efficiency should be improved form the above lack.
