摘要
预防计算机网络犯罪,必须多管齐下,综合治理。要构建网络文明,传播积极、先进的网络文化,使网络道德深入人心;同时,要加强网络安全管理,提高网络安全防范的技术水平。
The prevention of computer crime should be done form different aspects.On the one hand,the internet civilization should be built up,and the active,advanced culture should be spread in internet;on the other hand,the management of internet safety should be enhanced,the technical level should be improved too.
