摘要
2007年2月,最高人民检察院发布了《关于依法快速办理轻微刑事案件的意见》,试图通过创新轻微刑事案件快速办理机制,实现保证办案质量的同时提高诉讼效率。轻微刑事案件快速办理机制的构建,体现了以人为本、保障人权的司法理念,也是贯彻宽严相济、构建和谐社会的客观需要。
The Supreme People＇s Court issued the views on express dealing with slight crime case by law in February,2007.It wants to guarantee case quality and improve lawsuit efficiency by create this new mechanism.This system embodies the judicial view of human rights protection and people-oriented,and it is also the necessary to build up harmony society.
