摘要
在足球运动的训练和比赛过程中容易产生疲劳.机体产生的疲劳,如果不能很快恢复,就不能连续完成训练任务,并影响下一次的训练,导致训练水平的下降.因此,运动员的疲劳恢复直接影响足球运动水平的提高.结合资料,分析了疲劳产生的原因,归纳出针对普通高校足球运动员疲劳恢复的简易可行的方法.
During the football training and football match,it’s easy to make the player become fagged.If the fatigue can’t be recov-ered very soon,the body can’t finish the training task continually.It will have bad influence on the training and bring down the train-ing level.Therefore,the problem of recovering the fatigue has direct impact on improving the football exercise level.This thesis ana-lyzes the fatigue produce reasons and sum up the basic ways of recovery which specialize in football players of common university.
