民族师范学院新生入学动机调查分析

The Survey and Analysis of the Freshmen's Entering Motivation in University for Nationalities

调查并分析民族师范学院大学新生的入学动机,有助于教育工作者有的放矢地调动新生的学习积极性.使用刘惠珍等人自编的简易问卷[1],对甘肃民族师范学院的2045名大学新生进行入学动机调查,并在性别和民族变量上进行比较.调查结果表明,民族师院新生入学动机较为复杂,占主导地位的动机是个人发展动机,不同性别及不同民族的新生入学动机的排序同中有异.

Objective The survey and analysis of the freshmen’s entering motivation in University for Nationalities is contributing to the educators to arouse freshmen’s learning initiatives.Methods 2045 freshmen in Gansu Normal University for Nationalities were inves-tigated by making use of a simple survey paper compiled by Liu Huizhen,drawing the comparison on sexes and nationalities.The freshmen’s entering motivation in University for Nationalities is complex,the individual development comes first,freshmen’s entering motivation vary from sexes and nationalities.
