高校会计工作现状与行业要求初探

面临经济时代,高等教育迅猛发展,高校财务工作范围更为广泛,其财务管理方式也由核算型向管理型转变.根据会计产生与变革的历史变迁,结合当今高校财会人员的素质现状和行业要求,依据高校发展和人才开发的基本规律,提出了"以人为本",把人力资源作为第一资源经营的理念,以及就培养和引进一批适应现代高校需求的高校财务管理人才的建议.

Facing economic times,higher education is developing rapidly,and the scope of college finance is more broader,too.So its financial management has also changed from nuclear operators type to a management-type conversion.This article is based on create and change of accounting histoty,combined with the quality of the current status of university financial staff and industry req-uisition,according to university development and the basic rules of human resources development,Pointing out that the ＂people-ori-ented＂,human resources as the primary resource management philosophy,Put forward views about training and introducing a number of financial management personnels adapting to the modern university needs.
