On the Cultivation of the Postgraduates' Innovative Ability and the Establishment of the Performance Evaluation System

创新能力在人才培养的各项能力中居于很重要的地位,是当前研究生教育的灵魂和主攻方向。如何培养高层次人才和创新性人才是研究生教育与教学改革研究的核心,也是研究生教育"以创新为灵魂"的教学改革的必然趋势。文章从研究生创新能力培养的必要性和可行性出发,建构其创新能力培养的绩效评价体系,切实保证研究生的培养质量。

Cultivation of innovative ability,which is the soul and major direction of postgraduate education,occupies an important position in cultivation of postgraduats＇ their various abilities.How to cultivate the high-level and innovative talents is the core of postgraduate education and teaching reform and it is an inevitable trend of graduate teaching reform which focuses on innovation.Taking the necessity and feasibility of cultivation of postgraduates＇ innovative ability into consideration,the article aims to establish a performance evaluation system to ensure the quality of postgraduates＇ comprehensive ability.
