医院药房的药师对兴奋剂药品的管理模式初探

Exploration of the management mode of stimulant drugs by pharmacists in hospital pharmacy

目的:探索兴奋剂药品的管理模式,以保障运动员安全、合理用药。方法:对南京体育学院医院2007-2009年运动员门诊处方建立数据库,统计兴奋剂药品的应用现状、给药途径和兴奋剂事件等。结果:本院运动员的用药现状和给药途径均符合规定,未发生药源性兴奋剂事件。结论:本院药房的药师对兴奋剂药品采取的"三统一,四审核"管理模式有效、可行。

Objective：To explore the management mode of stimulant drugs in hospital pharmacy in order to ensure rational and safe use of drugs for athletes.Methods：Prescriptions for the athlete outpatients in hospital of Nanjing Sports College during 2007-2009 were collected to establish data base.The utilization condition,administration routes and related doping events of stimulant agents were reviewed.Results：The present utilization and administration routes of stimulant drugs for athletes conformed to the regulations,and no drug-related doping events occurred.Conclusion：The management mode of ＂three unification and four verification＂ is valid and feasible in administration of stimulant drugs in this hospital.
