提高高职院校青年教师师德修养的有效途径

EFFECTIVE WAYS TO ENHANCE YOUNG TEACHERS’MORAL CULTIVATION IN HIGHER VOCATIONAL INSTITUTES

当前,在国家大力发展职业教育的背景下,高职院校青年教师的师德修养出现了一些值得研究和关注的新问题。分析高职院校青年教师师德修养方面存在的主要问题及问题存在的原因,提出提高高职院校青年教师师德修养的有效途径。

At present,under the background of the country’s vigorously developing vocational education,Some new issues about the moral cultivation of young teachers in Higher Vocational Institutes which deserve researching and noticing have come out.This paper first analyzes the major problems in young teachers’ moral cultivation and also the causes,then it focuses on the effective ways to enhance young teachers’ moral cultivation.
