由于能源短缺、气候变暖等问题日益突出,国际社会的减排呼声越来越高。国内碳税不久将会开征,沿海开发的产业布局必须重视碳减排。在沿海开发中的产业布局上,要重点支持发展新能源、装备制造业、生态农业、现代物流产业,适当发展石化和火力发电产业,限制冶金、建材产业。

＂Copenhagen Protocol＂ was signed,the international community’s requirement for emission reductions increasingly strong,due to industrialization,China is in the medium term,economic and social great development demand for energy,face the shortage of energy resources and environmental pressures and the international community’s requirements to reduce emissions,we must attach importance to low-carbon development.In the layout of industry,we must pay attention to develop the new energy,equipment manufacturing,ecological agriculture,modern logistics industry,and develop the petrochemical and thermal power industry properly,restrictions on the development of metallurgy and building materials industries.
