对以往4届会议的人数变动状况进行纵横向分析,建立比例模型,为预定宾馆客房提供了量化信息;利用线性规划模型,在尽量满足代表要求的条件下,选择数目最少的宾馆,并且距离比较靠近;运用排列组合方法拟定6种会议室租借方案,通过线性规划和结果调整,并列表分析比较,选定总费用最少的会议室与客车的租用方案。

The proportion model based on the analysis of vertical and horizontal according to the information of the previous 4 meetings is established,which provides the quantitative information for booking the hotel rooms;the least number of the hotel which with the closer distance is selected under the condition to meet the participants’ requirement by using the linear programming model;6 kinds of rental programs of the meeting room renting are prepared by use of the permutation and combination method;and finally the renting program of the least-cost of room and car renting is selected by using the linear programming and results adjustment and the comparison of the list.
