赣州农村养老服务社会化的现状与对策

Current Situation and Countermeasures on Socialization of Service for the Aged in Ganzhou Countryside

为应对农村人口老龄化,赣州市在推进农村养老服务社会化方面加强了法律宣传,加大了老年服务设施建设,初步完善了农村养老保障体系。也存在养老机构数量少、农村社区养老服务匮乏、医疗保障体系尚未健全等问题。加快发展农村养老服务社会化,就需要加大资金投入,加强服务机构和服务队伍建设,积极发展农村医疗和社会保险事业。

In response to aging of the rural population,Ganzhou City impels socialization of service for the rural aged by strengthening the legal propaganda,increasing aged service facilities,improving the service for the aged security system in countryside.There is some problems,such as a small number of servicing agencies for the aged,the lack of rural community services,unfit health care system.To develop socialization of the service for the aged in countryside,we need to increase capital investment,strengthen construction of the service agencies and teams,and actively develop health care and social insurance in countryside.
