On the basis of researching new challenges which ideological and political workers are faced with in the new period,this paper analyzes the current problems and puzzles which ideological and political workers are faced with and explores how the ideological and political workers,faced with the new situation and new task,should respond to the challenge,and improve their qualities,keep pace with the times and pioneer innovation.
